By listing an Event on the ZimTickets website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Sellers. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions for Sellers, you should not list an Event on the ZimTickets website or mobile app.
You can list an Event on the ZimTickets website or mobile app. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your Event. You also agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your Event.
You agree to pay ZimTickets a fee for listing your Event on the ZimTickets website or mobile app. The fee will be based on a percentage of the ticket price for your Event.
You agree to pay ZimTickets the fee for listing your Event within 30 days of the Event being listed on the ZimTickets website or mobile app.
ZimTickets will be responsible for selling tickets to your Event through the ZimTickets website or mobile app. You agree to provide ZimTickets with the number of tickets that you have available for sale.
ZimTickets will be responsible for distributing tickets to your Event attendees. You agree to provide ZimTickets with the necessary information to distribute ticket
You agree to refund the full ticket price to any attendee who cancels their ticket more than 24 hours before the Event.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZimTickets, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees, and attorneys' fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your Event or your use of the ZimTickets website or mobile app.
These Terms and Conditions for Sellers shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
These Terms and Conditions for Sellers constitute the entire agreement between you and ZimTickets with respect to the listing and sale of tickets to Events through the ZimTickets website or mobile app and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions for Sellers is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions for Sellers and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions for Sellers shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and ZimTickets.
By purchasing a ticket through the ZimTickets website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Buyers. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions for Buyers, you should not purchase a ticket through the ZimTickets website or mobile app.
You can purchase tickets to Events through the ZimTickets website or mobile app. You agree to pay the full price of the tickets you purchase, plus any applicable taxes and fees. All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tickets will be delivered to you in the format that you select at the time of purchase. If you select electronic delivery, your ticket will be emailed to you. If you select physical delivery, your ticket will be mailed to you.
You agree to use your tickets in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Event organizer. You may not resell or transfer your tickets without the prior written consent of ZimTickets.
In the event of an Event being canceled or rescheduled, you will be notified by ZimTickets. If an Event is canceled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. If an Event is rescheduled, you will have the option of keeping your ticket for the rescheduled Event or receiving a full refund of the ticket price.
We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Event or the performance of the Event organizers.
We will not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use of your ticket or your attendance at an Event, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.
